Privacy

Nokshi Technology Limited ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. The only personal data we collect directly is what you send us via the contact form, email, or Calendly — typically your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.

We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and to progress any resulting engagement. We do not sell it, share it with third parties beyond the tools listed below, or use it for advertising.

Third-party processors: Calendly (scheduling), email hosting provider, and our GitHub Pages / hosting stack. Each operates under its own privacy terms and applicable data-processing agreements.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@nokshi.tech.

Terms of use

This site is published for informational purposes. Content does not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice, and nothing here creates a contractual relationship between you and Nokshi Technology Limited. Any engagement is governed by a separately signed statement of work.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate but make no warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose. Client logos and case-study content appear with permission; re-use is not permitted without written consent.

Cookies

This site uses a minimal number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functional. We do not use advertising or cross-site-tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled later, it will be a privacy-first provider (e.g. Plausible) with no personal data collected; this notice will be updated accordingly.
